Wyatt's Nursery

Long before I was pregnant, I knew that I wanted to create a unique space for my baby to come home to that felt warm, bright, and inviting.

I also wanted the pieces we selected to ‘grow’ with our baby and only small parts of the space to give off a traditional nursery vibe.

I firmly believe that spaces and aesthetics shape our experience, inspire us, and quite simply—make us happy. This is why I reached out to Mary Cannon Interiors the second we found out that we were expecting a baby boy.

When I spoke to our interior designer, Mary Cannon, we discussed the themes, colors, and vibes we wanted. Words that came to mind: classic, bright, natural light, soft blues… You get the point.

Mary Cannon took my unhinged stream of consciousness and turned it into a stunning mood board that we tweaked a few times until we got it right.

The end result was even better than I could have imagined.

So far, we have spent hours and hours in this nursery. From the early days and the late nights rocking Wyatt to sleep to watching him learn to crawl and roll over—We have created memories that our family will treasure for a lifetime.

I adore walking into the nursery and look forward to every moment I spend in Wyatt’s space.
