Q & A | Part II
What is your favorite thriller?
This is such a hard question because thrillers are my absolute favorite genre so choosing a favorite is probably comparable to choosing a favorite child, but I would have to say The Silent Patient or The Family Upstairs are among my favorite thrillers (both are also on my list of 2019 favorites).
Best book you’ve read in 2019?
Beartown
The Silent Patient
The Family Upstairs
American Royals

Holy Grail beauty product?
I can’t choose between the two so I am going to list both:
1. Moisturizer
I literally can’t live without a good moisturizer. I was on Accutane when I was younger for Cystic acne and ever since my face is always so dry. I literally carry lotion, face spray, and some type of moisturizer with me wherever I go.
2. Lavender Essential Oil
I am such a huge fan of essential oils for emotional support. I have struggled with anxiety my entire life and lavender is the one scent that I can’t live without. I rub it behind my ears, on my wrists, and on my pillow before bed.
Where is your favorite place to shop for clothes?
Full disclaimer here — I am not a clothes person and this space will never be a fashion blog. I frankly don’t care 98% of the time what I look like or if what I am wearing even matches. I honestly wish all the time that I was one of those people who love shopping and love fashion, but it has never clicked for me.
That being said, I try to buy a lot of my clothes from thrift stores, but if I am going to splurge on an item that I want to last for a long time I usually shop at Madewell or Sam Edleman.
I also love Old Navy and American Eagle because I am uncomfortably basic.
All-time favorite wine?
I am a sucker for a good Pinot Noir or Cabernet Sauvignon. I love 14 Hands or Dark Horse for an affordable, but delicious wine.
Favorite movie?
Wuthering Heights or any of the Marvel movies
Favorite song?
Anything Kacey Musgraves or One Direction
Favorite place you’ve ever traveled?
La Jolla, California. It is literally beautiful. Jake and I visited back in January and we literally fell in love. I can’t wait to go back!
